Announcing the Blog Bash 2013 venue…

We are about two weeks away from Blog Bash and our team is working overtime to ensure bloggers have another memorable night. Some would say a major factor to the success of past parties has been the venue’s atmosphere and location. Some say the awards ceremony. A few even say it’s seeing Melissa Clouthier for the one time all year. Regardless, after Blog Bash at Microsoft last year, the bar was set way high.

I am happy to announce that we just may have topped it.

On March 14 at 7:15pm invitees will be filing in for the number one party at CPAC. This year’s Blog Bash is only 203 steps away from the Gaylord Resort. The entertainment is unique and second to none. And it is extremely difficult to match the 2012 Blog Bash Award nominees and winners… but, it’s happened.

Blog Bash 2013 will be held at BOBBY MCKEY’S DUELING PIANO BAR located at 172 Fleet St, Oxon Hill, MD 20745.

Bloggers can expect to walk into a two floor, two bar establishment complete with live entertainment. You’ll have a dance floor to dance, mingle… or a little of both. We only ask that if you are planning to reenact some of Michelle Malkin’s “Evolution of Liberal Dancing” moves that you give fair warning (because I want to film it).  And don’t forget to request music from the piano players.

This year will prove to be a pivotal one for bloggers. What better way to kick it off than with 500 of your friends, drinks and a show you won’t find anywhere else at CPAC?

Just a reminder:  we will have extra security at the door and throughout the venue. Please make sure you bring a government issued ID and your ticket. We can not let anyone who does not have proper identification that matches their ticket to enter Blog Bash.
